Who We Are

This website is operated by 500 West Lamar, LLC, managed by AREAC Management LLC, on behalf of The Crest at River District Apartments, located at 124 Roberts Cut Off Road, Fort Worth, TX 76114. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to these entities.

What We Collect

When you submit a tour request through this website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred tour date and time
  • Any notes or questions you choose to include

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account information) through this form.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Schedule and confirm your apartment tour
  • Follow up regarding your inquiry or application
  • Respond to questions you submit
  • Measure which of our advertisements lead to real inquiries and applications, as described in the Analytics and Advertising Measurement section below

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising or remarketing, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Text Messages

If you include your phone number in a tour request, we may text you from (817) 383-8303 to confirm and coordinate your tour and to follow up on your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time to stop these texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only with on-site leasing staff and AREAC Management LLC personnel who need it to fulfill your request, and, for measurement purposes only, with the advertising platforms described in the next section. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers or data brokers.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

This site uses Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are viewed and whether a visit started from one of our advertisements. When you arrive from an advertisement, an ad click identifier (such as Google's "gclid" or Meta's "fbclid") may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days and included with a tour request you submit, so we can tell which advertisement led to your inquiry.

We may also share limited inquiry and application outcome information (such as contact details or those ad click identifiers) with the advertising platform that showed the advertisement, for example Google, solely to measure which advertisements lead to real tours and applications. This is advertising measurement, not targeted advertising: we do not build advertising audiences from your data, we do not use remarketing lists, and we never target advertisements at you based on the information you give us.

Data Retention

Tour inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If you submit a rental application, your data may be retained for the duration of any resulting tenancy and for up to 7 years thereafter, as required by Texas law and standard property management practice.

Your Rights Under Texas Law (TDPSA)

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541), Texas residents have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Delete personal data we have collected from you
  • Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of any sale of personal data or targeted advertising (we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising)

To submit a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days as required by the TDPSA. If we need more time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
