What Your $1,195 Rent Includes (and What's Optional)
Your $1,195 monthly rent covers your fully renovated two bedroom apartment, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and use of the on-site laundry facility. Trash ($25/mo) and pest control ($10/mo) are billed monthly on top of rent, the move-in calculator below already includes both. An in-unit washer and dryer is available for an additional $60 a month, and a carport is available for $30 a month, neither is required, but both are popular add-ons among two-bedroom residents who tend to have more to wash and more to carry. A standard uncovered parking spot is included with your rent.
A Second Room for an Office, Guests, or a Roommate Split
Our two-bedroom floor plan gives you meaningfully more room than the one-bedroom without losing the value that makes The Crest work for renters, every unit is fully renovated with wood-look flooring, new cabinets and counters, updated fixtures, and a new AC unit. The second bedroom works as a dedicated home office, a guest room, or a roommate split, the most common reasons for upgrading from our one-bedroom floor plan. Income requirement for the two-bedroom is $3,500/month.

The River District puts you close to Trinity Trails, Fort Worth's Cultural District, and NAS Fort Worth JRB (about 2.6 miles away), useful if a housemate or family member is stationed there. Every unit in the community is fully renovated, and we're pet-friendly for pets up to 45 pounds; breed restrictions apply, so check with the office about your pet.
